In this role, you will… Support Events Team With Administrative Controls, Such As · Events systems: SAP, compliance platforms · Events and trade show support such as sponsorship contracts: input documents in the system, follow up approval and contact with organization. · Register of new events vendors: work with Procurement area to homologate new vendors · Events communication: controls of invitation arts update alongside vendors · Events calendar: support the team to divulgate events with other areas and help communication with sales teams · Events survey: collect data and share with other areas according calendar · Events materials: support with logistic documents
