Principais atividades
- Support the execution of marketing events, campaigns, and brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with internal teams;
- Assist in coordinating vendors, managing timelines, and updating campaign materials;
- Track ongoing tasks, processes, documentation, and client or partner interactions;
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and updating data for performance analysis;
- Contribute to operational and routine support tasks within the team.
Requisitos
- Fluent English;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and focus on execution;
- Excellent communication and teamwork;
- Knowledge of task management tools, Excel, and Google Workspace;
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about marketing strategies and operations;
- Developing analytical skills.
Habilidades desejáveis
- Spanish;
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides;
- Previous experience in marketing, events, or c, communication projects.
