Assist in the execution of large-scale and upcoming product launches
Support the testing and rollout of promotional levers to drive creator participation and content output at scale
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program implementation
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities
Develop reports to track progress and inform decision-making
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations
Support the development and refinement of playbooks to standardize best practices
Document learnings from campaigns and tests to improve future program execution
Help build scalable frameworks that can be applied across multiple markets
Requisitos

Currently pursuing a degree in Communications or a related field
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (Excel/Sheets required)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and test new ideas
Strong communication skills
Interest in the creator economy, entertainment, and digital platforms
