Marketing Coordinator

Principais atividades

- Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
Support and execute go-to-market plans aligned with global strategy, ensuring campaigns are data-driven, locally relevant, and focused on business results. You will work across the full game lifecycle, including influencer marketing, community, PR, paid media, platform strategy, creative development, budget control, and live operations;
- Campaign & Partnership Coordination
Act as the main local point of contact for marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and partners. Coordinate campaigns, regional activations, and events, ensuring alignment with global objectives and delivery of key KPIs;
- Project Management & Performance Analysis
Manage campaigns end-to-end, tracking timelines, deliverables, and quality standards. Analyze performance, conduct post-campaign reviews, and turn insights into actionable improvements while managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Market & Audience Insights
Monitor the Brazilian gaming market (PC, console, and mobile), player behavior, and cultural trends. Translate insights into strategic recommendations to strengthen brand positioning, campaign effectiveness, and community engagement.

Requisitos

- Solid experience in brand marketing within the gaming industry, with a strong focus on campaign execution and coordination, including live operations. Proven track record in the Brazilian market;
- Previous experience collaborating with platform marketing teams such as Xbox Brazil, PlayStation LATAM, or Steam LATAM;
- Passionate about games, with hands-on experience in PC, console and/or mobile gaming. Familiarity with genres such as ARPG, shooter, or casual games is highly valued. Experience with mobile games is a plus;
- Fluent in English, with the ability to use it as a working language;
- Proven ability to execute and coordinate full-funnel integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including influencer partnerships, community initiatives, social media, paid and programmatic media, digital advertising, events, and content creation;
- Solid experience in content creation for gaming brands and in executing digital strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention throughout the game lifecycle;
- Good understanding of Brazilian gaming culture, player behavior, preferences, and market trends, combined with experience working with local partners, agencies, media, and vendors;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills. Data-driven mindset with strong knowledge of marketing funnels, KPIs, performance metrics, and analytics to measure results and optimize campaigns. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously;
- Proven ability to execute with strong ownership while ensuring alignment with multiple global stakeholders in dynamic and multicultural environments.
