Principais atividades
Monitor On Premise channel KPIs (volume, execution, budget, and operational routines).
Generate actionable insights for field teams and leadership.
Develop and maintain control tools (management dashboards and reports).
Support the management and continuous improvement of processes and tools.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and propose solutions.
Assist in troubleshooting issues and managing incidents.
Support the development of analyses and presentations to aid leadership decision-making.
Requisitos
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in related fields, with an expected graduation date from June 2028 onwards.
Advanced English (mandatory).
Spanish is a plus.
Intermediate to Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Proactive, organized, and highly detail-oriented.
