Principais atividades

Manage a team of talented marketers, providing constructive direction and encouraging grow and professional development
Own Brazil Marketing Plan process: from ideation to execution, including Online and Offline initiatives.
Responsible for the Brazil Territory Marketing Budget.
Ensure achievement of Brazil goals, in close collaboration with key regional counterparts (Paid Media, Digital, Loyalty, PR, Sales and General Manager).
Fully understanding of territory landscape and nuances of each market, including: target audiences, competitors, key organizations/influencers, local media, etc.
Act as key POC to cultivate relationships with local stakeholders inclusive of GM, Area Director, Sales Managers, and Inside Sales Team.
Collaborate in all aspects of regional/local campaigns development. Including co-planning/integrated briefings with cross-functional teams: Regional Marketing, Sales and General Manger..
Collaborate with regional marketing and product to develop on-brand experiences across all communications mediums (including sales presentations and brochures, infographics, microsites, multi-channel events, emails, video, promotional campaigns, etc.)
Manage prioritization and execution of building and product photography, member stories and locally relevant content creation.
Approach all work through a strategic lens, advocating for efficiency and business results
Tackle complex business problems with clear, distinctive creative solutions
Build a network of partners and agencies

Requisitos

8+ years experience in marketing (offline and online), brand, communications or a related field. (Bonus points for experience in a high-growth company and/or B2B industry)
3+ years in a management role
Clear and effective written and verbal communicator, expert at presenting to executive stakeholders
Experience partnering with sales teams to develop highly targeted, differentiated sales campaigns
Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns;
Track record of driving business results through brilliant marketing;
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills;
Strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excels under pressure and can maintain a calm demeanor at all times
Demonstrated ability to weigh business goals alongside marketing goals
Strong track record in thriving in a hyper-growth environment;
Tech-savvy and up-to-date on all marketing tools, platforms and resources;
Experience in real estate or technology preferred but not essential
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
