Reporting to the Marketing Manager B2B, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for timely administration of marketing communication and the administrative support of the Marketing Manager & Marketing Team to ensure the execution of the marketing functions & product launches, in line with company and distribution partner Critical Path milestones.
Successful candidates will work with the various cross-functional marketing teams to create, traffic, and organize creative and marketing assets to achieve marketing release strategies for all lines of business oriented to the B2B partners (Home Entertainment Digital Retailers, Affiliates, Ad Sales, TV Distribution).
Negotiate, allocate and create all assets (ads, videos) for the Trade Media
To seek for vendors and suppliers to develop exclusive premiums, events or Marketing activations that will be proposed for specific audiences.
Manage the payment activity following up the processing and tracking invoices, obtaining proper approvals, and partnering with finance team to ensure accuracy.
Join all efforts and contribute on the Marketing strategy to support all business lines (Home Ent, Networks, TD Dist and Ad Sales): Trade media plan, e-newsletters, one sheets, presentations, mailers, trade shows, Upfront materials and sales materials including relationship events in collaboration with Ole Distribution and Ad Sales teams.
Support affiliate marketing campaigns from start to finish creating briefs, negotiating communication plan, media buys, digital&social media strategy, coordinating with Creative asset creation, execution, implementation, and reporting.
To support campaign’s creative processes in conjunction with internal teams and affiliates & Ole Distribution teams.
Partner closely with internal teams to drive the Channel’s (Sony Channel and Axn) brand awareness and growth to better support Ole Distribution.
Work closely with Brand Partnerships&Innovation & Trade Marketing Team colleagues to have a consistent communication flow and identify sponsorship opportunities.
Foster strong working relationships with other marketing units (B2P, B2i, PR and Creative) and departments including Programming, Research and Acquisitions.
Must be able to effectively communicate with Ole Distribution, affiliates, TV Distribution, Home Entertainment and Ad sales teams

Requisitos

1-2 years’ experience within marketing, preferably in a studio or entertainment environment
Degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Publicity or Business Administration
Fluent speaking and written English and Advanced Spanish
Must show demonstrated experience and advanced skills in PowerPoint
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel (knowledge of formulas is a plus)
Internet savvy and proficient in online research
